MELPOMINEE (Daughters of Cacophony only!)

1 - The Missing Voice
The vampire may throw her voice in any way she chooses, causing it to come from anywhere within her view. No dice roll is required, but if she tries to perform it with another action, she loses two dice from her dice pool.

2 - Tourette’s Voice
Roll: Wits + Linguistics, difficulty 7
By spending a willpower point, the vampire can project her voice to any person or place with which she is familiar, for one turn per success. She will not hear it herself unless she is within earshot.

3 - Toreadors’ Bane
Roll: Cha. + Music, difficulty Willpower
Resist: Willpower, difficulty successes + 5
The vampire may entrance a victim with her voice. The victim must hear the vampire’s voice for this power to work. This power duplicates the Toreador clan weakness; the victim can only listen in rapture until the vampire stops singing. The difficulty to use this power is reduced by two if the victim is a Toreador.

4 - Art’s Traumatic Essence
Roll: Man. + Empathy, difficulty Willpower
Demand: successes = Self-Control + 5, or more
The vampire may give a target a derangement with her voice. The victim must hear the vampire’s voice for this power to work. This power can be used with other powers of this discipline.

5 - Death of the Drum
Roll: Man. + Intimidation, difficulty Sta. + 3
Resist: soak roll, difficulty 7
The vampire may inflict one level of aggravated damage per success on a victim with her voice. The victim must be within earshot of the vampire, but does not necessarily have to hear it.

6 - Blessed Audience
By spending one blood point for each victim past the first, the vampire can use Art’s Traumatic Essence on several targets at once.
